Lamination Machine
We operate both solvent-based and solvent-free lamination machines to deliver packaging films with superior adhesion and clarity. Our solvent-free lamination system, with a 1.35-meter width and 350 meters per minute speed, ensures high efficiency and excellent bonding without compromising environmental safety.
These machines allow us to create multi-layered packaging films that enhance durability, printability, and shelf appeal. The lamination process significantly improves the barrier properties of packaging, ensuring freshness and protection for products across food, beverages, and industrial segments.
Slitting Machine
Our slitting section houses five high-speed slitting machines with a speed of 450 meters per minute, capable of cutting materials from 35 mm to 1.5 meters. These machines ensure precise slitting, smooth edges, and perfect roll alignment for various film and laminated structures.
The slitting process enhances material handling efficiency and ensures uniform roll quality. With consistent cutting precision and high-speed output, we meet bulk production requirements without compromising accuracy or quality.
Printing Machine
Our printing division features two advanced 8-color Roto-Gravure Printing Machines with a speed of 220 meters per minute and a 1.3-meter web width. Equipped with auto-registration, web video, and defect detection systems, these machines ensure precise alignment and consistent print quality across large runs.
This technology allows us to deliver high-resolution, multi-color printing for various flexible packaging films and laminates. The result is clear, vibrant, and detailed graphics that enhance product appeal and brand presentation while maintaining excellent color consistency.
Flexo Printing Machine
Our Flexo Printing Unit is equipped with high-speed, multi-color flexographic presses capable of printing on a wide range of substrates including polyethylene, polypropylene, and laminated films. Using eco-friendly inks and precise tension control systems, we ensure clean, sharp, and durable prints that meet international packaging standards.
With modern automation and registration accuracy, our flexo machines produce consistent, repeatable results even at high volumes. This printing technology is ideal for clients seeking vibrant packaging with sustainable ink systems and efficient turnaround times.
Blown Film Machine
The Windsor Multilayer Blown Film Plant at our facility is designed to produce high-quality flexible packaging films with a maximum width of 1.8 meters. These films offer excellent mechanical strength, clarity, and sealability, ideal for packaging food, liquids, and industrial products.
With precise process control and modern extrusion technology, we ensure uniform film thickness and superior barrier properties. Our multilayer films provide exceptional protection against moisture, oxygen, and contaminants, ensuring product safety and extended shelf life.
Pouching Machine
Our pouching department is equipped with advanced, high-precision machinery capable of producing a variety of customized pouches such as Center Sealed, Side Sealed, Side Gusset, Standy, Reusable, and Zip Lock pouches. We also offer specialty options like V Notch, Soft Corners, Hanger Hole & Loop, and Perforated Strip pouches.
